I decided to make my first blog a simple snapshot of my ambiguous self. I consider myself to be a serious-minded individual on certain issues, but I also love the necessary art of laughter. In such trying times, one must find the humor in things. Being a teacher, I have to try EXTRA hard to do so. Therefore, this blog will be short and sweet, and simply give you a glimpse into my two versions of how I view the vocation in which I engulf myself in each day....Teaching the children, which is indeed, or at least should be, one of the Greatest Loves of All.....(SEXUAL CHOCOLATE!!.)..LOL

- I'm simple, yet quite complex. I can be quiet and reserved, yet have so much to say. I'm an opinionated woman with a relatively high level of self-esteem and I love spontaneity. I'm a mother of a 21 year old man-in-training and I have adopted a Red-Eared Slider turtle, a Miniature Shnauzer, and an Emperor Scorpion. I suppose I could go on and on, (and I will if someone doesn't stop me), but I'll just say, I'm a proud black woman with the average struggles as most, but I'm learning more about myself as time goes on.
